Since childhood, Amy has been passionate about houses and all that goes into making a house a home. She loved touring open houses on weekends with her mom, grandma and sister and was always drawn to the nooks and special details that make a place feel like home. These weekends sparked a lifetime passion in Amy, ultimately leading her to the doorsteps of Portland’s Alternative inc. Realtors!
Now in her second decade as a full service Broker, Amy has proved herself to be a valuable resource to her clients and is overjoyed to have established a strong referral connection throughout the years. Her vast experience representing both buyers and sellers allows her to stay actively engaged and up to date on local market trends enabling her to give clients a leading edge and up to date tools for success on both sides of the transaction.
Having lived in Portland for over two decades, Amy has acquired first hand knowledge of the ins and outs of the greater Portland community and feels there is no other city that can compare! She loves the artistic, creative vibe, friendly people and dynamic personalities of each neighborhood. As a mom, wife and seasoned homeowner, she has personally experienced the complexity of decisions, stresses and joys involved in buying and selling properties in a variety of market conditions. Her own experiences have given her an acute appreciation for the unique needs and goals of each of her clients. Being an attentive listener, Amy ensures these needs are in the forefront when helping clients with important decisions.
