So what makes us Alternative… When first established in 1995 we were one of the first locally-owned boutique real estate firms in Portland, the only alternative to the big corporations. We choose to remain a small brokerage to ensure all of our agents have thorough training and mentorship with industry vets. Our reputation for being authentic and hard-working has cultivated deep connections with our clients, developing into a strong referral-based community.
Do you offer rentals?
We do not work with rentals. We typically recommend padmapper.com because it pulls from different websites and puts it in one platform. If you’re looking for a furnished short-term rental, here is a link.
